9 – 18 (Players will be grouped by age & skill level)
Each session is divided into two separate training blocks, allowing players to focus on specific areas of their game:
2:00 PM – 2:55 PM | Skating & Skills
• Stride mechanics & edge work
• Puck handling, passing & shooting
• Position-specific skating techniques
3:05 PM – 4:00 PM | Flow Drills & Small Area Games
• High-tempo game situation drills
• Puck movement & decision-making under pressure
• Battles, small-area competition, and game-speed intensity
