Aaron Konecsni is now offering his 360 Analysis & Assessment Program, a program previously exclusive to NHL players and junior prospects, to a select number of players in the Scottsdale area. This is a complete, personalized approach that gives you a full 360-degree view of your game with a dedicated personal coach. Too many players attend skills camps or private lessons without mastering the specific areas of their game that need attention. This program ensures every detail of your performance is analyzed, addressed, and perfected.
What We Focus On:
- Skating Technique & Biomechanics: Improve posture, hockey stance, stride efficiency, lateral movement, and explosiveness.
- Stickhandling, Passing & Shooting: Develop precision, dynamic control, and shooting in stride for real-game application.
- Mental Strength & Confidence: Learn visualization techniques, build mental toughness, and overcome performance anxiety to play confidently and loose.
- Game Analysis / Skill Application: Break down game footage to ensure your skills are applied effectively in real-game scenarios.
- Game Analysis, Positional Play & Decision Making: Review your hockey IQ to improve positional awareness, decision-making, and understanding of how to play your position effectively.
- Skating & Skill Video Review: Analyze your skating or skill development from one of our on-ice private sessions, a training session at an off-ice facility, or on the skating treadmill. Video reviews provide deeper insights into biomechanics and technique.

Once a package is purchased, a questionnaire will be sent for the player and parents to complete. This information will be reviewed by Aaron before scheduling your 1-on-1 at-home training sessions. Sessions are 45 minutes long.
