AKH has created a program with step by step progressions that will allow players to gain more control and confidence in their skating. The most effective way to improve skating is to build from THE SKATES UP.

Location: Skillz Hockey Center (#100 16801 N 90th St, Scottsdale)
Time: 5:15pm – 6:15pm
This Synthetic Ice Rink at Skillz Hockey Center is the highest grade of synthetic ice, German engineered and self lubricating. This ice offers 10-15% more resistance then real ice which forces players to stay low and and engage their core at all times making it much easier to skate on real ice! Players will work on edge control, posture, stride, precision passing, puck protection, stickhandling and small area games!
